IT Recruiter – Personalvermittlung, Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process in the IT sector (Embedded Hardware/Software/Testing - Automotive, Defence, Energy, AI, Consulting)

• Identification and outreach to IT experts (Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, networks, and freelance platforms)

• Conducting pre-screening interviews and candidate evaluations

• Advising and supporting candidates throughout the entire placement process (permanent employment, temporary work, freelance)

• Close collaboration with the Technical Sales Team to define requirement profiles

• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network

• Creating and preparing candidate profiles for client presentations

• Managing and developing the entire candidate pool (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, freelance platforms)

• Market analysis and identification of new recruiting trends (e.g., AI tools)

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Strong technical understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking

• Enjoyment in working with people and building long-term relationships

• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style

• Fluent in German and proficient in English
