IT Recruiter – Permanent Placement, Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete end-to-end recruiting process within the IT sector (embedded hardware/software/testing - Automotive, Defence, Energy, AI, Consulting)

• Identify and engage IT professionals through active sourcing on LinkedIn, networks, and freelance platforms

• Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidate suitability

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement journey (including permanent placement, temporary employment/employee leasing, and freelance opportunities)

• Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales team to establish role specifications

• Develop and nurture a robust candidate network

• Prepare candidate profiles for client presentations

• Manage and enhance the candidate pool (utilizing tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, and freelance platforms)

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging recruiting trends (including the use of AI tools)

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT staffing/recruitment

• Strong technical understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Passion for working with people and fostering long-term relationships

• Organized, independent, and goal-driven work approach

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills
