This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Accountable for recruiting all Technical positions in Mexico and the USA
• Employing innovative strategies to discover talent at every potential opportunity
• Utilizing a variety of recruiting platforms for candidate outreach and sourcing
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create a positive candidate experience
• Formulating sourcing strategies in partnership with the HR Manager
• Overseeing and updating our candidate pipeline
• Assessing the qualifications, experience, and skill sets of candidates
• Customizing and advertising job listings for available positions
• Ensuring all positions have company-standard job descriptions
• Taking charge of the candidate experience by guiding them through the hiring process
• Leveraging an applicant tracking system while continuously learning new technologies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is essential
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for corporate roles
• Preferred background in technical recruiting
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Exceptional organizational abilities and an unwavering drive to enhance efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools
• Strong collaborative skills and an openness to diversity when working with others
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
• High level of personal integrity
