This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Identify and source qualified IT candidates for the Japan market through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Collaborate with internal Account Managers at Nexus (and, in some instances, directly with HR and/or Hiring Managers at client organizations) to understand their recruitment requirements and devise effective sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep abreast of IT industry trends and the competitive landscape within the Japan market.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of IT professionals.
• Ensure adherence to all internal recruitment policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in IT recruitment/staffing within Japan is essential.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong grasp of various IT technologies and roles.
• Exceptional sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently during the search process and collaboratively as part of a team during coordination and negotiation.
• Understanding of Japanese business culture and communication styles.
• Proficiency in the Japanese language would be an added advantage.
