IT Recruiter, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Independently identify and source qualified IT candidates for our recruitment mandates.

• Create and refine search strategies utilizing Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, semantic search, and other methods.

• Engage in active sourcing through contemporary recruiting and research tools.

• Initiate personalized outreach to prospective candidates.

• Conduct virtual initial interviews for both technical and personal pre-screening purposes.

• Evaluate candidate suitability based on job specifications and generate structured interview notes.

• Present qualified candidates to the recruiting team.

• Maintain documentation of activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team regarding search strategies, target profiles, and overall search progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in active sourcing within the IT sector (mandatory).

• Proven experience in engaging with IT professionals and leadership.

• Experience in conducting structured virtual interviews.

• Ability to assess candidates both technically and personally, ensuring a transparent evaluation of their fit.

• Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with IT roles and technology stacks.

• Proficient in utilizing modern sourcing techniques confidently.

• Experience in Boolean search, X-Ray search, and semantic search methodologies.

• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.

• Fluency in German at a business level (minimum C1/C2) is required.

• Proficient English language skills.
