This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Evaluate and identify qualified candidates and their resumes.
• Organize the interview process involving individuals and panels.
• Collect feedback from interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout and post-interview.
• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify the organization's hiring needs.
• Work alongside hiring managers to comprehend team requirements and streamline candidate lifecycle processes.
• 1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Experience from a recruitment agency or a rapidly growing startup and/or agency is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capacity for flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (C1).
