This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
β’ Evaluate and identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes.
β’ Organize the interview process with both individual interviewers and panels.
β’ Collect feedback from interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout and after the interview stages.
β’ Oversee all phases of the recruitment process.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to grasp the hiring requirements of the organization.
β’ Partner with hiring managers to comprehend team requirements and facilitate the candidate lifecycle processes.
β’ 1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
β’ Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.
β’ Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
β’ Experience with a recruitment agency or in a hyper-growth startup and/or agency is advantageous.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Capability to adapt, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proficient in English (C1 level).
