• Evaluate and identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes.
• Organize the interview process with both individual interviewers and panels.
• Collect feedback from interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout and after the interview stages.
• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with leadership to grasp the hiring requirements of the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend team requirements and facilitate the candidate lifecycle processes.
• 1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
• Experience with a recruitment agency or in a hyper-growth startup and/or agency is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to adapt, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).
