This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.
β’ Evaluate and identify qualified candidates through resume screening.
β’ Coordinate the interviewing process with both individuals and panels.
β’ Collect and relay interview feedback, maintaining communication with candidates throughout and after the interview stages.
β’ Oversee all phases of the recruitment process.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to ascertain the hiring requirements of the organization.
β’ Partner with hiring managers to comprehend team needs and facilitate the candidate lifecycle processes.
β’ 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
β’ Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.
β’ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
β’ Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced startup environment would be advantageous.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Adaptability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proficient in English (C1 level).
