IT Recruiter – Commission-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and identify qualified candidates through resume screening.

• Coordinate the interviewing process with both individuals and panels.

• Collect and relay interview feedback, maintaining communication with candidates throughout and after the interview stages.

• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with leadership to ascertain the hiring requirements of the organization.

• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend team needs and facilitate the candidate lifecycle processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced startup environment would be advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Adaptability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English (C1 level).
