This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.
• Screen and identify qualified candidates and resumes
• Coordinate the interview process with both individuals and panels
• Collect interview feedback and communicate with candidates throughout and following the interview process
• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with leadership to grasp the hiring requirements of the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and facilitate candidate lifecycle procedures
• 1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities
• Experience from a recruitment agency or a rapidly growing startup and/or agency is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
