IT Recruiter, Commission-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates and resumes

• Facilitate the interview process with both individuals and panels

• Collect interview feedback and maintain communication with candidates throughout and post-interview

• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the organization’s hiring requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to grasp team needs and streamline candidate lifecycle processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter

• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities

• Experience in a recruitment agency or a hyper-growth startup and/or agency is advantageous

• Keen attention to detail

• Capacity for flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving

• Proficient in English (C1 level)
