This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in preliminary discussions with candidates to evaluate their fit for the role.
• Assess candidates' previous technical experience and their potential for learning.
• Support applicants as they navigate the decision-making process.
• Communicate program details to candidates in a persuasive and clear manner.
• Possess a solid understanding of IT positions and the demands of the job market.
• Track the application pipeline and suggest enhancements for efficiency.
• Improve screening criteria, interview frameworks, and overall procedures.
• Proven experience in technology recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition.
• Background in sales, admissions, or consulting is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of software and digital job roles.
• Strong professional interviewing skills coupled with excellent communication capabilities.
• Organized work approach, a sense of ownership, and dependability.
• Preferred: Experience in continuing education or EdTech sectors.
• Familiarity with current technology stacks is advantageous (but not essential).
• Background with AVGS, BGS, or other subsidized training initiatives.
• Skills in moderation, coaching, or diagnostic interviewing are valuable.
