This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Accountable for recruiting all Technical positions across Mexico and the USA
• Employing innovative strategies to discover talent at every opportunity
• Leveraging various recruiting platforms to reach out and source candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create a robust candidate experience
• Formulating sourcing strategies in conjunction with the HR Manager
• Updating and overseeing our candidate pipeline
• Assessing qualifications, experiences, and skill sets of candidates
• Customizing and posting job advertisements for open roles
• Maintaining company-standard job descriptions for all roles
• Taking ownership of the candidate experience by guiding them through the hiring process
• Utilizing an applicant tracking system
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Experience in a startup and/or fast-paced environment is preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions
• Background in technical recruiting is advantageous
• Strong sense of accountability
• Exceptional organizational skills and a relentless drive to enhance efficiency
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools
• Strong team player who embraces diversity when collaborating with others
• Extensive knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
• High level of personal integrity
