📋 Description

• Accountable for the recruitment of all Technical positions across Mexico and the USA.

• Utilizing innovative strategies to identify talent at every opportunity.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to create an exceptional candidate experience.

• Customizing and advertising job postings for available roles.

• Managing the candidate experience by guiding them throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles.

• Preference for candidates with a background in technical recruiting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools is essential.
