This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for specialized and essential IT roles.
• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for technologies such as Embedded Systems, VLSI Design & Verification, AI / ML, Data Science, Semiconductor Domain, FPGA / ASIC, AUTOSAR, IoT, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, and various emerging technology skill sets.
• Comprehend technical job specifications and match appropriate candidates accordingly.
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, X-ray search, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
• Perform initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interview processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for a thorough understanding of requirements and to manage feedback.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline/database of specialized technology candidates.
• Ensure prompt closures while upholding quality hiring standards.
• Generate recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS updates.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong background in recruiting for specialized technologies.
• Solid understanding of Embedded, VLSI, AI/ML, Semiconductor, and other emerging technology sectors.
• Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and Boolean search methods.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Exceptional stakeholder and candidate management abilities.
• Must possess fluency in English.
