This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Actively seek IT talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and networking), aligned with the needs of current and future projects.
• Support the recruitment process from start to finish, including CV reviews, pre-screening calls, technical and cultural fit interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to enable proactive hiring for future project demands, reducing time-to-hire and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Develop a solid understanding of the IT, data, and digital markets, including key roles, skills, seniority levels, and relevant technological trends for consulting environments.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses related to hiring conditions, compensation ranges, benefits, contract models, and talent availability to support informed recruitment decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture, values, and employee value proposition through recruitment channels and candidate interactions.
• Ensure a positive and transparent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint.
• Assist in reporting and tracking recruitment metrics (pipelines, hiring metrics, sourcing effectiveness) for continuous process improvement.
• Stay updated with best practices and trends in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, and consulting-driven hiring models.
• Take an active role in promoting and strengthening our organizational culture by contributing fresh ideas, supporting internal initiatives, and helping execute actions that enhance both candidate and employee engagement.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting firms or project-based environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
• Strong understanding of roles, profiles, and skill sets within Data, Analytics, Digital, and Technology environments.
• Knowledge of various hiring models and market conditions (types of contracts, compensation ranges, benefits) in international contexts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Advanced English (spoken and written), with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate with international candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication (oral and written), teamwork, analytical problem solving, pragmatism, and solid self-management abilities.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
