This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Identify and source qualified IT candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social media, and networking for both contract and permanent positions across a range of technologies.
β’ Evaluate resumes, perform initial technical assessments, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit; create a shortlist of qualified candidates based on client needs.
β’ Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies; offer interview preparation assistance and collect feedback from both parties.
β’ Develop and sustain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey; provide updates, facilitate negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
β’ Maintain a detailed candidate database, monitor recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and candidate quality), and ensure compliance with all documentation and requirements for placements.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
β’ 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring with a demonstrated history of successful placements in software development, testing, or IT infrastructure roles.
β’ Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including Java, Python, .NET, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Science, Mobile Development, and emerging tech stacks.
β’ Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for effective candidate management.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with technical candidates, understand their career aspirations, and effectively align them with appropriate opportunities.
β’ Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational capabilities; adept at managing multiple job openings concurrently, meeting deadlines, and achieving monthly placement goals.
