IT Recruiter – APAC Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and engage exceptional IT talent for clients throughout the APAC region, particularly in India.

• Build and sustain a robust network of candidates, clients, and partners within India.

• Execute comprehensive interviews, assessments, and reference verifications.

• Oversee job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with candidates.

• Partner with clients to gain insights into their recruitment requirements and preferences.

• Achieve and surpass recruitment targets, objectives, and KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT recruitment or a related sector.

• In-depth understanding of the job market in India, including trends and regulations.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in recruitment software, tools, and technologies.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Strong focus on detail, organization, and time management skills.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based recruitment platforms and tools.

• Awareness of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill requirements.

• Fluency in multiple languages (optional).
