IT Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the initiation, coordination, and successful completion of numerous parallel projects across various business areas and departments.

• Cultivates and maintains robust relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments engaged in the projects.

• Manages stakeholder relationships; responsible for establishing customer expectations and leading initiatives to uphold customer satisfaction.

• Facilitates the articulation of project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with senior management, involving all pertinent stakeholders.

• Records high-level current-state and target-state processes and environments to foster a shared understanding among all parties.

• Develops and delivers comprehensive project plans and related communication documents; oversees, monitors, and tracks progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitates the estimation and allocation of resources and participants necessary to achieve project goals.

• Assigns tasks, monitors, and summarizes project progress.

• Identifies and addresses issues and conflicts within the project team; escalates matters to the appropriate level for resolution when needed.

• Effectively communicates in both written and verbal formats at all levels, including executives, management, line leadership, and individual contributors.

• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths to ensure timely project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of project management experience in an enterprise setting.

• 0-2 years of prior experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

• PMI Project Management Professional Certification or an equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
