IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Project and task planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resources;

• Organizing the project development process by establishing processes and overseeing execution within agreed-upon scope and deadlines;

• Planning product launches for complex features and supervising their execution;

• Identifying and managing risks across various projects and tasks;

• Managing the backlog for technical debt by organizing and monitoring progress;

• Handling incident management by coordinating the team’s efforts on production incidents and ensuring resolution within the SLA;

• Keeping task information in Jira up-to-date;

• Setting up workflows within the team, including development, testing, and requirements management;

• Facilitating meetings and Scrum/Kanban activities within the team, while fostering effective collaboration with other teams on cross-functional tasks;

• Reporting on sprints and projects, while managing stakeholder expectations;

• Identifying process issues within the team, addressing them, and working towards enhancing team efficiency;

• Adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution faced by the team;

• Managing people by motivating the team and fostering effective collaboration;

• Monitoring time tracking and approving timesheets;

• Proposing process improvements and optimization strategies within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant work experience (experience in iGaming is a significant advantage);

• Over 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Waterfall model;

• Ability to produce project documentation;

• Proficiency in English for reading and writing technical documentation;

• Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and attention to detail;

• Fluent in Russian.
