This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This role reports to the Senior IT Program Manager for corporate systems.
• The portfolio is divided between subsidy management and Workday ERP.
• Subsidy management involves a custom in-house solution that replaces the Excel-based “transfer workbooks” utilized by subsidy coordinators.
• This initiative is driven by state and federal compliance and is a multi-year project aimed at digitizing subsidy calculations on a state-by-state basis.
• Currently, coordinators are performing parallel checks; the user interface transition is expected in Q1 or Q2.
• The Workday ERP system is already operational; the Project Manager oversees two mandatory semi-annual releases, each lasting 6-8 weeks.
• The project adheres to SOX/SDLC controls and follows a structured, auditor-approved process.
• ERP experience is essential (Workday experience is not mandatory; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems are acceptable).
• Candidates should have experience in organizations of comparable size and understand the complexities of multi-stakeholder environments.
• A background in Agile methodologies is highly desirable; the subsidy team operates using Scrum, while the Workday team employs Kanban/Jira.
• Agile Delivery Leads (embedded scrum masters) are responsible for conducting standups and capacity planning.
• The Project Manager's focus is on risks, issues, project charters, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of the subsidy domain is not a requirement.
• Competitive salary package.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth.
• Flexible work environment.
• Comprehensive health benefits.
