IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execution of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in accordance with specified scope and timelines.

• Provision of support for Azure cloud migration projects.

• Coordination of infrastructure implementations (networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud integration).

• Execution of enterprise voice and unified communications projects (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS).

• Development of project documentation including timelines, delivery strategies, and risk assessments.

• Reporting on established project performance indicators (scope, schedule, quality, and risks).

• Collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as necessary to achieve project goals.

• Upkeep of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).

• Provision of services in compliance with the security, governance, and architectural standards set by the client.

• Participation in post-engagement evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in delivering IT project or program management services.

• More than 4 years of experience in executing Azure cloud migration projects.

• Demonstrated success in delivering infrastructure transformation initiatives.

• Experience in providing consulting services to external enterprise clients.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Experience in coordinating third-party vendors and system integrators.

• Background in working with distributed and international project teams.

• Proficient in English (minimum C1 level).

• Proficiency in French is an advantage.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

• Experience with ITIL or service transition methodologies.

• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
