IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a multifaceted IT migration project from the IT standpoint, ensuring successful execution and alignment between business and technical teams.

• Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional stakeholders, encompassing both local and global teams, to propel project goals and milestones.

• Manage project governance, which includes status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and updates for executives.

• Organize project meetings, workshops, steering committee gatherings, and decision-making sessions.

• Work closely with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, aiding in the implementation and delivery of solutions.

• Track project progress using project management tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and efficient backlog management.

• Identify, evaluate, and address project risks, issues, and obstacles to minimize their effect on delivery timelines.

• Foster effective communication and stakeholder engagement to guarantee successful project execution and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of leading intricate cross-functional IT and business projects, particularly those involving system implementations, migrations, or digital transformation efforts.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the proficiency to collaborate effectively across business, IT, local, and global teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.

• Practical experience with Jira and other project management tools for backlog oversight, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.

• Robust project governance and reporting abilities, including risk management, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and executive reporting.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a background in leading project meetings and workshops.

• Capability to manage cross-team dependencies and align various stakeholders toward unified objectives.

• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

• A commercial mindset paired with technical insight to translate business needs into actionable project outcomes.

• Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms, commercial systems, customer or partner management solutions, or sales/distributor engagement tools.

• Experience in multinational organizations and collaboration with global delivery teams.
