IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team and department leaders to ensure successful execution of project-based initiatives.

• Provide project estimates and documentation for both ongoing and new projects.

• Maintain direct oversight of project planning activities.

• Create and oversee comprehensive program/project plans and timelines.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement the migration strategy.

• Identify and address project risks and issues effectively.

• Guarantee that project deliverables are of high quality and fulfill customer expectations.

• Report on project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executive management.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale, enterprise-level software delivery projects.

• Experience leading teams of 8 or more resources in a matrix environment.

• Strong understanding and experience with Project Management tools (Smartsheet experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with managing projects using the Scrum Agile software development framework.

• Preference for a general understanding of healthcare payor workflows.
