IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee dynamic project assignments from the initial evaluation to completion by effectively utilizing and coordinating the expertise of various disciplines.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; engage in discussions with functional managers to secure appropriate resources and assemble a team committed to achieving project success.

• Prioritize activities to ensure that productivity, quality, and customer service objectives are consistently fulfilled.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding as necessary.

• Monitor and assess project progress, providing key stakeholders with regular updates to keep the team informed of milestones and achievements.

• Creatively tackle and eliminate barriers to improve team productivity and guarantee smooth project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, generally with 7-10 years of IT project management experience in relevant sectors.

• Advanced Project Management Skills: Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, PPM Pro).

• Capability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and conflict resolution.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with the skill to assemble, manage, and inspire diverse project teams to achieve project objectives.
