This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assume overall accountability for the delivery of the Supplier Portal module roadmap, which encompasses four subprocesses.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, scope management, and milestone tracking at the program level.
• Manage scope definition, change management, and interdependencies among projects and systems.
• Supervise the performance of the Delivery Manager and the outsourced team.
• Establish and lead the project's governance framework.
• Conduct Steering Committee meetings, presenting status updates, risks, escalations, and decision-making forums.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and maintain transparency.
• Foster relationships with Procurement stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure that business requirements are articulated, agreed upon, and prioritized.
• Encourage alignment between Procurement, IT teams, and the delivery organization.
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for business conflicts or uncertainties.
• Identify risks and interdependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and escalate critical issues with recommendations and impact analyses.
• Monitor and forecast budget, ensuring delivery remains within approved financial parameters.
• Confirm resource allocation with the Delivery Manager.
• Provide guidance and set priorities for the Delivery Manager.
• Maintain a focus on outcomes, timelines, and business value.
• Resolve ambiguities and facilitate decision-making.
• Deliver the GSID, ANC Operational Data, Supplier Communication, and TCO/Landed Cost modules.
• Report to the Head of Procurement Solutions while collaborating with Procurement, the Business PM, and cross-functional IT teams.
• Lead strategic technology initiatives for platforms and digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer-supplier collaboration.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in complex environments with multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage outsourced development teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Capacity to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Highly proactive with a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view.
• Successful track record of delivering all modules on schedule and within budget.
• Well-defined and aligned business requirements and priorities.
• Effective collaboration across various IT and business teams.
• Proficient in early risk identification and mitigation.
• Delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that align with the Supplier Portal strategy.
• Duration: 10 months - potential for extension.
• Travel expenses are not covered.
