
IT Program Manager – Enterprise Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee enterprise-wide Data Management initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Analytics projects.
• Simultaneously manage cross-functional projects/programs utilizing Scrum, Agile, Kanban, or waterfall methodologies.
• Create detailed project/sprint plans encompassing multiple workstreams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Facilitate daily standups and conduct internal and external meetings with diverse teams, setting clear agenda expectations.
• Track team performance, fostering continuous improvement and eliminating obstacles that hinder the achievement of sprint goals/deliverables.
• Administer project budgets, monitor burn rates, and evaluate project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions and escalating as necessary in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment among business stakeholders, data engineering teams, analytics teams, enterprise architects, and external partners.
• Assess program health, delivery metrics, resource utilization, risks, dependencies, and budget performance while generating data visualization reports.
• Coordinate enterprise data integration projects across ERP, CRM, MDM, analytics, and downstream operational systems.
• Analyze and document data flows across various business systems.
• Define and document requirements as features/stories in ADO and JIRA.
• Develop an IT roadmap outlining improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the overall program as well as individual projects to implement improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Foster partnership and alignment with the business on technical requirements and sprint prioritization.
• Demonstrate the capability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and application teams to support scalable and secure data solutions.
• Assist in vendor management activities, coordinating with external implementation and consulting partners.
• Contribute to process improvement analyses by assessing and recommending reporting tools or extracting necessary data for process evaluations.
• Manage dependencies and priorities across several enterprise data portfolios and strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership in organizational change management, communication planning, and stakeholder alignment for enterprise data projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business or technical field.
• Mastery in Scrum - either a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience with data management systems and processes.
• Proven experience managing a minimum of 3-5 EDM programs.
• Experience with Azure Cloud is advantageous.
• Familiarity with managing projects using Agile methodology.
• Strong project/program management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project Plan, and either Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a collaborative and considerate approach.
