This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead IT and Cyber due diligence as well as integration activities throughout the entire integration lifecycle.
• Implement and uphold the comprehensive IT IMO governance model.
• Conduct and facilitate weekly IMO all-hands meetings to foster alignment and accountability.
• Prepare and organize bi-weekly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, which include materials, status reports, risk assessments, and decision support documentation.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and escalation management across various integration workstreams.
• Supervise multiple concurrent IT and cybersecurity workstreams to guarantee progress towards integration objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify the need for external resources for upcoming project phases and manage staffing requirements to enhance project cost-effectiveness and delivery.
• Utilize and manage the Smartsheet Integration framework to facilitate overall program execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and integration partners to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Advocate for integration priorities at all organizational levels and with external partners.
• Partner with the IMO team to drive prioritization, resource allocation, optimization efforts, and strategic decision-making.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
• Support the development of one-time integration cost estimates and budget tracking activities.
• Deliver executive-level communication, reporting, dashboards, and status updates throughout the engagement.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.
• Experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or enterprise integration programs.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and integration governance.
• Proven capability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience in facilitating executive governance forums, Steering Committees, and operational reviews.
• Strong skills in risk management, escalation management, and issue resolution.
• Experience in developing integrated project plans, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
• Experience in leading IT IMO or PMO functions during post-merger integration efforts is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar program management platforms is preferred.
• Experience in supporting Cybersecurity integration and due diligence activities is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or related certification is preferred.
• A background in energy, oil & gas, utilities, or asset-intensive industries is a plus.
