IT Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Uphold Pinkerton’s fundamental values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

• Take ownership of the OneTrust platform and oversee the vendor relationship.

• Act as the primary technical contact for OneTrust within the organization.

• Function as the IT system owner, responsible for ensuring platform stability, performance, and lifecycle management.

• Supervise upgrades, patches, and release cycles.

• Organize user acceptance testing to confirm changes and reduce disruption for end users.

• Collaborate with the OneTrust Customer Success Manager.

• Partner with the GRC Systems Operations Manager to identify, prioritize, and supervise automation rules, workflows, and templates in OneTrust.

• Manage and enhance role-based access control across all OneTrust modules.

• Provide second-level technical support for incidents.

• Maintain and create documentation and solution architecture documents in alignment with both external and internal roadmaps.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with SaaS platforms, preferably including OneTrust, ServiceNOW, and enterprise IT settings.

• Technical expertise in APIs, integrations, JSON, RBAC, and workflow automation.

• Capability to work collaboratively across various functions, including Privacy, GRC, ICFR, Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Practical experience in data modeling and template-based data management.

• Proficient in managing multiple integration projects and coordinating with OneTrust as the vendor and internal teams.

• Regular use of computers.

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
