IT Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships

• Manage accounts payable and ensure compliance

• Execute financial and FinOps activities, including optimization of cloud and SaaS services

• Supervise IT assets and infrastructure

• Oversee the complete IT/SaaS procurement process, encompassing contract negotiations and vendor management

• Carry out Plan vs. Actual analysis, manage OPEX/CAPEX, and perform finance forecasting

• Optimize cloud expenses utilizing AWS/GCP cost structures, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging

• Manage workflows for invoice processing and ensure 3-way matching

• Monitor hardware lifecycles and maintain IT inventory systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the complete procurement cycle

• Skilled in negotiating contracts, including SLAs and pricing

• Experience in managing IT/SaaS vendors

• Proficient in Plan vs. Actual analysis

• Experience in OPEX/CAPEX management and financial forecasting

• Understanding of AWS/GCP cloud cost structures

• Familiarity with Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging

• Knowledge of invoice processing workflows and 3-way matching procedures

• Understanding of basic accounting principles

• Experience in tracking hardware lifecycles

• Familiarity with inventory management systems

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/Query

• Proficient in Jira/Confluence

• Experience with ERP systems

• Proficiency in Russian at C1 level

• Proficiency in English at B2 level
