This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Oversee incoming support requests and assign tickets accordingly.
• Track and report on helpdesk activities.
• Maintain operational reports and performance metrics.
• Administer hardware and software inventories.
• Facilitate equipment purchases and replacements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address equipment-related issues.
• Provide assistance with customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Keep support documentation and process guides up to date.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, helpdesk support, or technical support.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Capability to manage various priorities effectively.
• A dependable internet connection (fibre preferred).
• A backup solution for connectivity or power failures (UPS, inverter, generator, or alternative internet connection where feasible).
• Fully remote position.
