This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee Allata’s Internal IT Operations function, managing daily execution, service quality, governance, and operational priorities.
• Provide guidance, coordination, and support to internal IT team members and support resources, facilitating alignment of work, enhancing execution, and upholding service quality.
• Manage and enhance the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Lead Identity & Access Management using Microsoft Entra ID, handling joiner/mover/leaver processes, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and access governance.
• Supervise endpoint and device management through Microsoft Intune, covering Windows provisioning, compliance, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Establish and track operational KPIs, service metrics, and process health indicators to enhance support outcomes and promote accountability.
• Develop and maintain telemetry, dashboards, and reporting to offer insights into ticket trends, SLA performance, endpoint health, access patterns, and overall Internal IT operations.
• Utilize Power BI and related tools to produce actionable operational reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote process optimization and ongoing improvement across support operations, onboarding/offboarding, access management, and device lifecycle workflows.
• Facilitate the adoption, governance, and enablement of Copilot and similar AI-driven workplace productivity tools.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that internal IT scales effectively with business growth.
• 5+ years of experience in internal IT, systems administration, workplace technology, or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• - Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• - Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, groups, SSO)
• - Microsoft Intune (Windows endpoint management, Autopilot, compliance profiles, device lifecycle)
• - PowerShell for administration and automation
• - Power BI (or similar reporting tools) for operational dashboards and service visibility
• Experience utilizing service metrics, operational KPIs, dashboards, and telemetry to enhance internal IT performance and support outcomes.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency within internal IT or support environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or similar AI-enabled workplace productivity tools, including administration, rollout support, governance, or end-user enablement.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Spanish.
