IT Operations Engineer – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop digital solutions

• Record tasks in the ticketing system and maintain the knowledge base

• Offer technical support and ensure the continuous operation of IT systems and applications

• Set up, maintain, service, and replace local IT systems and applications

• Engage in IT projects across various locations

• Work collaboratively with all departments within the clinic

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) in System Integration or Application Development, or a degree in Computer Science

• Desirable experience with technologies such as Fortinet, SentinelOne, Matrix42, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365, and network solutions from HPE Aruba or Extreme Networks

• Familiarity with IT infrastructures including servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices

• Proven experience in installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software components

• You view your role as a consulting service provider, are communicative, and approach work in an analytical and solution-driven manner
