📋 Description

• Oversees platform operations for clients or a small team dedicated to operations.

• Directs platform maintenance and execution activities.

• Works collaboratively with departments for the development of new platforms and troubleshooting concerns.

• Provides guidance on the design and implementation of new solutions.

• Updates managers on progress, issues, or any concerns.

• Aids in reviewing documentation and architectural diagrams.

• Offers onsite and remote support.

• Engages in planning, daily meetings, and backlog sessions.

• Recognizes opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

• Executes additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adheres to all policies and standards.
