This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor and manage shared company inboxes daily, directing messages according to established protocols.
• Fulfill internal IT support requests within a 24-hour service level agreement (SLA), including sending e-signature documents to clients and team members.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to the booking platform support cases.
• Deactivate listings and cancel related reservations as necessary.
• Create user accounts for new clients and team members.
• Record and approve requests for paid time off (PTO) and overtime.
• Provide general troubleshooting support across company software systems.
• Administer DocuSign processes from start to finish: distribute completed documents and maintain records in Airtable.
• Offer general oversight, maintenance, and monitoring of company software systems.
• Review accounting reports to identify delinquent accounts; take necessary actions on related listings and collaborate with account managers.
• Coordinate the process for reviewing new listings: ensure readiness, audit setups across platforms for compliance with company standards, and resolve any issues prior to launch.
• Address and resolve listing issues flagged by team members across internal and booking platforms.
• Audit listings pending deactivation for any outstanding reservations.
• Address system notifications related to listing issues.
• Download performance data, update the internal pricing database, and implement pricing adjustments across various pricing platforms.
• Audit key platforms for setup accuracy, organization, and common configuration issues.
• Review future calendar availability to ensure booking windows are functioning correctly.
• Audit listing booking-window settings and confirm configurations with account managers.
• Develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems to facilitate company growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain software vendor accounts.
• Onboard new employees by provisioning accounts and providing basic training on company systems.
• Maintain oversight of team members' hardware.
• Supervise cybersecurity practices: manage spam and phishing reports, educate team members on best practices, and advise leadership on suitable SMB cybersecurity standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or software/database administration roles.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable or similar database-driven platforms is a requirement, not a preference.
• Proficiency with linked records, views, and structured data is essential.
• Proven ability to independently learn, configure, and manage a diverse range of SaaS platforms without formal vendor training.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of handling a high volume of support requests while consistently meeting SLA deadlines.
• Excellent written English communication skills — regular coordination with account managers, regional managers, and executive leadership is required.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role with high autonomy and minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, including phishing and spam identification and best practices for SMBs.
