Senior Manager – Enterprise Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish a high-performing Enterprise Architecture function

• Ensure the effective deployment of Enterprise Architects across various engagements

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Enterprise Architects throughout the EMEA region

• Maintain consistent adherence to enterprise architecture standards

• Foster continuous enhancement of delivery processes, standards, and practices

• Guide the integration of AI into marketing ecosystems

• Assist in pre-sales opportunities and engage with clients

• Cultivate relationships within the Global Enterprise Architecture community

• Develop reference architectures and transition frameworks

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing Enterprise Architects within a professional services or complex enterprise setting

• Solid foundation in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)

• Experience in transformation programs

• Strong understanding of AI-enabled architectures

• Credibility with senior business and technology leaders

• Executive leadership abilities including coaching, mentoring, and influencing

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• A collaborative leadership approach focused on achieving results

• Capability to communicate effectively and enhance team productivity

• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and customer experience management
