IT Infrastructure Analyst – Windows/Storage (Senior)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and manage Windows Server operating systems.

• Oversee Microsoft infrastructure services such as Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NTP, File Services, DFS, and Failover Clustering.

• Administer server virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Microsoft Hyper-V.

• Deploy, operate, and maintain enterprise storage solutions (block/file/object) and SAN configurations (zoning, LUNs, multipath, HBAs, iSCSI/FC).

• Manage the capacity and performance of server and storage infrastructures.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server environments, storage systems, and SAN.

• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, specifically VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting mission-critical environments.

• Advanced English skills for engaging with technical documentation, global vendors, and managing incidents with international support.

• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell, and preferably, Terraform and Ansible.

• Experience in administering containerized environments in AKS is desirable.
