This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deploy, configure, and manage IT hardware and network systems at various job locations.
• Offer hands-on assistance to end users, addressing connectivity, hardware, and software challenges.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, updates, and repairs on IT systems.
• Assist in the implementation of site technology, including cameras, access control, and project communication systems.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure that field systems comply with company security protocols.
• Keep precise documentation of configurations and service tickets.
• Deliver prompt and professional communication to end users and leadership.
• Travel to job sites as necessary to facilitate ongoing IT operations.
• An Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT experience in a field support or infrastructure capacity.
• Proficient knowledge of networking, Windows systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to multiple job sites as required.
