Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Install and set up CDI laser engraving and XPS UV exposure systems at client locations

• Provide hands-on training for customers on the operation and maintenance of the systems

• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and optical troubleshooting to address complex problems

• Implement preventative maintenance and system upgrades to enhance uptime

• Act as the main technical contact, fostering strong relationships with customers

• Travel frequently within your region and throughout the U.S. to assist customer sites

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training or equivalent practical experience with industrial machinery

• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting skills (AC/DC, relays, motors, signal flow)

• Strong mechanical skills, including precision adjustments and assembly

• Familiarity with PC hardware and Windows-based systems

• Ability to work autonomously while providing excellent customer service
