This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications, workflows, and data products on the Palantir platform.
• Create and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and transformation processes that connect ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, quality, supply chain, and other enterprise systems.
• Construct scalable Ontology models, operational workflows, dashboards, and business applications using Palantir Foundry.
• Collect requirements from stakeholders and convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Build applications utilizing Palantir's low-code and custom development frameworks.
• Provide support for AI-enabled workflows leveraging Palantir AIP and advanced analytics functionalities.
• Develop automated reporting, KPI dashboards, and solutions for monitoring operational performance.
• Diagnose and resolve data quality, integration, workflow, and application performance challenges.
• Conduct testing, validation, deployment, and documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
• Uphold data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data models, and system architecture diagrams.
• Keep abreast of Palantir technologies, AI innovations, and best practices in enterprise analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in software development, application development, data engineering, or enterprise systems development.
• At least 2 years of experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in developing integrations between enterprise applications and databases.
• Strong comprehension of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in building APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and designs for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
• Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and a mindset focused on process improvement.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to delivering solutions.
