IT Customer Support Representative – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assess our clients' challenges and present appropriate solution options based on your evaluation.

• You act as the initial point of contact for our clients concerning support inquiries.

• You systematically document support cases and their resolution steps in our ticketing system, while actively contributing to the growth of our knowledge base.

• You remotely configure our software solutions for clients and provide training on their use.

• Furthermore, you cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in the daily use of IT applications and have a passion for technical solutions.

• You have a strong understanding of Windows and are proficient in using common MS Office applications.

• A strong customer and service orientation is one of your key strengths.

• You exhibit excellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in a clear and comprehensible manner.
