IT Consultant Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of SAP EWM consultants while cultivating a culture of high performance.

• Develop training initiatives aimed at enhancing both the technical abilities and interpersonal skills of consultants.

• Oversee organizational budgets, allocate resources effectively, and implement cost control measures.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and deliver SAP EWM solutions.

• Contribute to the organization's SAP strategy by recognizing and analyzing market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership and/or managerial position.

• A proven history of managing and developing teams, with experience in remote team settings.

• Familiarity with SAP EWM functionalities is preferred, including knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation management.

• Experience with cost management tools and methodologies, ensuring that actual expenses do not exceed budgeted amounts. Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVM/EVMS) is highly desirable.

• Outstanding client-facing abilities, with a proven track record in stakeholder management and successful project execution.

• Experience collaborating with the Department of War or other Federal agencies is preferred.
