IT Consultant – Azure Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for projects involving Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture.

• Strategically plan, design, and execute migrations and transformations within Microsoft Azure.

• Offer comprehensive and conceptual advice to business clients regarding Azure architectures, operating models, and industry best practices.

• Provide hands-on assistance during the technical implementation phase.

• Ensure that Azure environments are scalable, secure, and operationally stable.

• Take into account security, compliance, and governance standards to safeguard sensitive information.

• Create technical concepts, architectural documentation, and operational runbooks in both German and English.

• Actively engage in the ongoing development of the Microsoft and Azure business sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree combined with relevant professional experience in IT or cloud environments.

• Several years of experience in IT consulting, especially within client projects related to Azure migrations, infrastructure modernizations, or cloud transformations.

• Strong expertise in Azure-based infrastructure components (e.g., compute, networking, storage, identity).

• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform).

• Solution- and service-oriented mindset, taking initiative and fostering sustainable, trust-based relationships with clients.

• Excellent proficiency in German and English for effective national and international collaboration.

• Passion for sharing knowledge within the team, the community, and with clients.
