This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and users regarding reports, inquiries, training, and requests related to software solutions.

• Frequent visits to clients on-site, but also working from the office in Harderwijk or from home.

• You will assist clients in resolving questions and issues with the software.

• Collaborate with your colleagues to shape increasingly extensive implementations.

• You will bridge the gap between user needs and the functional capabilities of our software solution by coordinating with our clients, the products, and your colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (HBO diploma).

• You have completed a study in a relevant field for this role (Business IT & Management, ICT Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or another suitable study).

• You will be visiting clients throughout the Netherlands, so traveling is not an issue for you.

• A high degree of independence.
