IT Business Systems Analyst – Content Localization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the translation, localization, and distribution of platform content across various international markets.

• Strategize, manage, and implement content release initiatives, ensuring timely and top-notch delivery.

• Confirm that all platform content adheres to legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and other business stakeholders, to synchronize priorities and achieve successful releases.

• Monitor release readiness, pinpoint risks and dependencies, and proactively facilitate issue resolution throughout the release lifecycle.

• Maintain precise documentation and track release progress utilizing Jira and Confluence.

• Guarantee a consistent, smooth, and high-quality user experience across all supported markets.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance content management, release processes, and inter-team collaboration to boost operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Operations, Release Management, or related fields.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
