This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily operational support to the Information Technology department.
• Oversee the ordering, tracking, and delivery processes for IT hardware and software.
• Monitor IT budgets and collaborate with IT leadership to address any identified discrepancies.
• Process new and renewal contracts, purchase orders, and invoices promptly.
• Support the IT Service Management system and optimize features and functionalities for effective IT service delivery.
• Create and manage a detailed inventory of IT assets.
• Facilitate IT procurement from initial order through to final delivery.
• Monitor annual renewals and expenditures for hardware and software budgets.
• Track and submit IT invoices to guarantee timely payments.
• Anticipate the needs of IT Managers and provide proactive assistance.
• Organize and facilitate department-wide events, including the annual All IT Meetings.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively address IT requirements.
• Work with business and clinical operation leaders to develop self-service modules that enhance access to IT services and support.
• Maintain and publish monthly statistics for Service Management.
• Report directly to the Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer.
• Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or administrative support.
• Relevant experience may be considered to meet minimum educational qualifications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and resolve issues.
• Proactive with the capability to make routine decisions autonomously.
• Above-average problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and various other computer applications.
• No supervisory responsibilities or direct reports required.
• Occasional light lifting, pushing, and pulling of 10–20 lbs; frequent movement of objects under 10 lbs.
• Regular sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending, and reaching required.
• Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be necessary.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
