IT Business Analyst – Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with our business stakeholders, you will identify requirements throughout end-to-end processes and systems, presenting them in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• You will conduct structured interviews, facilitate interdisciplinary workshops, and analyze available data to gain insights into current processes and define future target processes.

• You will document processes, workflows, and system functionalities to create sustainable knowledge and information that serve as a foundation for decision-making and ongoing improvement.

• Acting as a center of excellence for your topics within the production environment, you will have a deep understanding of how processes and functionalities are structured and who is involved in each role.

• You will critically evaluate the current state and serve as a liaison between IT and business areas, ensuring that all requirements for key project implementations and features are prepared clearly and enabling effective prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in business administration, (business) informatics/IT, or a related qualification.

• You have substantial professional experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Consultant (m/f/d) within an agile environment.

• You have demonstrated experience in eliciting and modeling complex business processes in the production sector and understand the intricacies of IT requirements management.

• You exhibit strong analytical skills paired with a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Your eagerness to delve into complex IT topics reflects your technical expertise and dedication.

• You view yourself as a key driver in the implementation of new processes and features, acting as a catalyst for advancing your subjects.

• With your proficiency in Confluence, Jira, or similar tools, you promote an efficient and organized project environment.

• You demonstrate strong self-motivation along with a structured and goal-focused working style.

• You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
