IT Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Convert customer business needs into technical designs and product setups.

• Collaborate closely with customer sales and service teams to establish application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration demands.

• Execute customer requirements utilizing NICE’s software solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., Avaya, Siebel, Genesys, SAP).

• Familiarity with EAI tools (e.g., WebMethods, TIBCO).

• Knowledge of reporting/business intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos) or database applications.

• Project experience as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong customer-facing skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to create personal task lists and timelines.

• Capability and eagerness to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical skills, including proficiency in working with formulas, calculations, and data.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred technical skills include XML, SQL, HTML, LISP, and ETL tools.
