This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +15 more states.
• Design, set up, test, launch, and sustain SharePoint Online and additional ECM solutions.
• Oversee site structures, repositories, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, documentation, and training resources.
• Create dependable and scalable SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and ECM content management solutions.
• Engage in SharePoint Online and ECM projects throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
• Collect and document business requirements and identify needs for site, repository, metadata, permissions, automation, records management, and reporting.
• Consult with users regarding priorities, complexities, governance considerations, and business impacts.
• Coordinate configuration, support, migration, and enhancement efforts with technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and management.
• Adhere to change control, compliance, records management, security, and governance protocols.
• Implement and support SharePoint and ECM solutions, templates, lists, libraries, workflows, repositories, and governance frameworks.
• Provide consulting, troubleshooting, and training to business users.
• Collaborate with process owners to address defects, enhancements, migrations, permissions issues, workflow requirements, and content management initiatives.
• Review SharePoint and ECM configurations, documentation, or support tasks completed by junior professionals.
• Resolve complex SharePoint Online and ECM configuration, access, content management, workflow, and user support challenges.
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or another related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration, configuration, site design, list and library management, permissions, metadata, Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in supporting SharePoint-based and broader ECM business solutions, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user adoption.
• Familiarity with SharePoint lists, libraries, metadata, content types, views, permissions, repositories, and related content or data management concepts.
• Knowledge of solution delivery lifecycle methodology, change management, governance, records management, and fundamental project management concepts within a Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or ECM context.
• Experience with SharePoint management and migration tools such as AvePoint, Quest, Varonis, and Cognillo.
• Competency in using office equipment, computers, and relevant software.
• Capability to apply mathematics, algebra, and statistical methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact, advise, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to convey or exchange information and instructions, as well as conduct oral presentations or meetings.
• Licenses and certifications: None required.
• Must be willing to travel to other locations as necessary.
• May be assigned a company vehicle requiring the appropriate driver's license.
