This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee the effective and secure functionality of the company's Linx systems, Linx ERP, and IT integrations.

• Offer support, administration, and continual enhancement of corporate systems.

• Ensure the high availability and performance of IT services.

• Manage and provide support for systems and databases.

• Manage and support ERP, POS, and other retail solutions.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of new technological solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

• Conduct system integrations and facilitate IT process automation.

• Collaborate with vendors and partners for technical support and to implement enhancements.

• Maintain documentation on procedures, configurations, and IT best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server) and monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with Linx POS and Linx Manager front-of-store systems.

• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
