IT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the CRM (Bitrix), ensuring that workflows, automations, and processes are operating effectively.

• Design and execute automations within the CRM and other systems to minimize manual tasks and rework.

• Maintain the integrity and organization of information across various systems (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.).

• Detect failures, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within operational and system processes.

• Create, maintain, and update reports and dashboards (BI) to provide visibility of KPIs for leadership.

• Establish and track operational, commercial, and performance metrics.

• Assist leaders with data analysis and decision-making based on structured information.

• Offer technical support to teams, addressing issues related to systems, access, and tools.

• Help resolve technology issues that impact customers.

• Manage system access and user accounts (creation, modification, and deletion) across systems, email, and company tools.

• Ensure proper system usage and compliance with defined processes.

• Train employees on the utilization of tools, systems, and processes.

• Research, test, and implement new technologies and tools (including AI) to enhance efficiency.

• Organize and structure systemic requests and improvements in collaboration with business areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing and automating the Bitrix CRM.

• Proficiency in process integrations and automations (APIs, webhooks, or tools like Make/Zapier).

• Experience in data structuring, processing, and validation.

• Skilled in creating reports and dashboards (BI / advanced Excel).

• Background in system administration and access management (users, permissions, email).

• Experience in providing technical support and resolving operational issues.

• Ability to map processes and implement enhancements using technology.

• Experience in evaluating and integrating new tools (including AI).
